I was here in 2021 when traveling. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were not that great but beautiful hotel, really good free breakfast, WiFi was fast, pool was closed for repairs waiting on a new part, ice machine was broken but the front desk had bags of ice

Brandon at the front desk was very nice and helpful! He definitely knew how to handle the situation that arose. As far as the rooms housekeeping really needs to step up!

Not super clean. When asked for more towels, we were told that they did not have any. Hot water ran out quickly. Breakfast was not worth mentioning. Good when you have to crash but not for much more.

Stayed at Comfort Suites in Brunswick and had a really pleasant experience. The room was tidy, well-equipped, and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Branden at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! It’s not often that you come across such genuine Southern hospitality these days. He was welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, our experience with the night shift employee was not as positive. My elderly mother simply asked for a shower cap, and the young lady seemed to have a poor attitude from the beginning. She was not very friendly or responsive, which was disappointing compared to the excellent service we received earlier. That being said, the overall stay was enjoyable, and Branden’s exceptional customer service left a lasting impression. We would definitely consider staying here again.
